As a Managing Partner, Arjun’s role is in overseeing operations and largely manages the sales division of the organization. He strongly believes that a strong team is the basis of any business, and leads regular sales meetings and competitions to encourage his team to excel in their roles. One of his favourite quotes to say to his team comes from The Wolf on Wallstreet, “Don’t sleep like you’re rich, work like you’re broke.”

Jimit Mehta, as the other Managing Partner to the AGMD Group, deals largely in the purchasing side of the business. Working more closely with vendors and suppliers, Jimit works to ensure that our business is able to supply all clients with what they need. Another firm believer in teamwork, one of his original quotes is “When we win, we win together, when we lose, we learn together.”

Pratik Patel is the VP of Sales at AGMD Group. As VP of Sales, Pratik helps to lead the sales team to develop new business relationships, build continuous rapport with them, and help ultimately grow the sales team. With a strong background in e-commerce and sales, Pratik brings a “Work Hard, Play Hard” mentality to his team at AGMD Group, encouraging his members to reach new goals everyday.

As the Operations Manager, Dharmen is responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations of AGMD Group and Six Side Logistics, to ensure that it runs effortlessly and efficiently. This includes managing a team of leaders and employees, the supply chain network, and ensuring that customer needs are met. Dharmen works closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align operational strategies and goals.

Rachel Bhola is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partners of the AGMD Group. With years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting, Rachel leads these departments at AGMD, coordinates shipping and project management, while also still working as the assistant to both Managing Partners. As a team player she works with everyone to help ensure all needs are met for all staff, clients and vendors.

As the logistics coordinator, Brandon supports the shipping operations and finds the most efficient methods for all inbound and outbound shipments. He enjoys the team atmosphere at AGMD, often helping other departments if he has extra time. He lives by the saying, "when we win, we win together.  

Shaleen Turakhia, one of our newest Account Managers has recently joined our team in both sales and purchasing operations. Using his experience in procurement, Shaleen helps AGMD Group to source high quality products for all our client’s needs.

As a sales rep, Karn helps to provide new business and growing relationships to help build continuous rapport with them. With a background in sales and marketing, Karn’s leadership, hard work and charm provides a refreshing approach to the team.
